Hooman Yazhari

Hooman Yazhari has over two decades of experience as a CEO, senior executive, and board leader of transformations of global enterprises in the aviation finance, aviation, and logistics sectors. Hooman has been a leader of three of the largest global specialty finance and leasing enterprises in aviation, as well as complex operational transport enterprises (specialist airlines) and logistics enterprises. He is skilled at building and inspiring teams and businesses, crafting strategies, leading through change and capturing opportunities emanating from disruption. Hooman is also skilled at defining and executing on capital allocation strategies in the investment-hungry world of transport and related infrastructure.
Hooman has an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A. in Law from the University of Oxford. Hooman started his career as a project and asset finance lawyer in the London and Tokyo offices of Linklaters.
Andrew Lewis
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Andrew Lewis has over a decade of experience as an investor and investment banker in the transportation and energy sectors. Andrew was previously a founding employee of ATL Partners, a New York-based private equity firm focused on the aerospace, transportation, and logistics sectors. At ATL Partners, Andrew oversaw the firm’s successful investment in SKY Leasing, a Dublin-based commercial aircraft lessor, from its launch in 2015 to its sale to Goshawk Aviation for $3.0 billion in 2018. Andrew began his career as a New York-based analyst at J.P. Morgan in its investment banking energy coverage group.
Andrew received an A.B., with honors, in Economics with a Certificate in Applications of Computing from Princeton University, and an M.B.A., with honors and distinction as a Palmer Scholar, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the Associate Board (Co-President Emeritus) of Row New York and as Alumni Treasurer of the Princeton University Class of 2012.
